2) Endeavor to check our size chart to be sure you are ordering the right size. If you are not sure about your size use a measuring tape with inches to measure your bust/chest, waist, and hips and correspond your measurements with our size chart.
3) Swimsuits, undergarments and face masks are not returnable.
4) Eligible items may be returned for a refund or exchange. Returns must be made within 5 days of the date received and will not be accepted after 5 days.
5) Returned items must be new (just like you received it), unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed (free of make-up stains, deodorants, damage or wear) and with all tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If you think you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
6) Refunds (less shipping fees) / exchange requests will be processed within 2-3 weeks (may be longer during holiday seasons, sales periods, launch events) from when the item is received back and confirmation of receipt is provided to the customer.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all related shipping expenses. All Shipping charges are non refundable. A restocking fee will be issued on orders that are returned due to an undeliverable address (Please make sure your Shipping address is correct to avoid this).
7) We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number. Lost packages without proof of receipt by us will not be given return credit.
